PLANORA ("we", "us") designs party plans and printable stationery from the answers you give us. This policy explains what we collect, why, who handles it and how to reach us. Questions: [email protected].
What we collect
- Your details: your name, email address and country or suburb.
- Your party details: the name and age of the guest of honour, interests, theme, colours, guest information, things to avoid, and the first names of people you want included.
- Photos (optional): photos of people or of your space, only if you choose a package that uses them.
- Order and payment details: what you ordered and its status. Card payments are handled by our payment provider (Stripe), and we never see or store your card number.
Why we use it
- To create and deliver your order by email.
- To check content automatically and keep the service safe.
- To contact you about your order and answer your questions.
- To keep records we are required to keep for accounting and legal reasons.
We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.
Information about children
Orders must be placed by an adult. You may give us a child's first name and age so we can make age-appropriate products. We ask only for first names and never need a child's surname, address or school.
Your photos
- We use your photos only to make the products you ordered.
- Photos are processed by our AI provider to create the images in your order.
- We delete your photos once your order has been delivered or cancelled.
- Only upload photos you have the right to use, and of people who are comfortable with it.
Who handles your information
We use trusted services to run PLANORA. They handle information only to provide their service to us.

Several of these services are based overseas, including in the United States and Europe, so your information may be processed outside Australia.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we need them to support you and to meet accounting and legal requirements. Photos are deleted as described above.
Your choices
You can ask us to give you a copy of your information, correct it, or delete it where we are able to. Email [email protected]. If you are not happy with how we handle a concern, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
Cookies
This website does not set cookies of its own. Our order form and the fonts on this site are supplied by other services, which may set their own.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top.
