Terms and refunds

What you are buying

PLANORA creates personalised digital products from your answers: party plans, printable stationery and add-ons. Everything is delivered by email as digital files. Nothing is posted to you.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Australian dollars and are shown before you order. Payment is taken when you place your order.

Delivery

• Orders are made automatically and sent to the email address you gave us.
• If your package uses personal photos, we email you a preview so you can choose your favourite. You have 24 hours to choose. If you do not choose, we use photo 1. Your choice is final.
• Check your spam folder if your files have not arrived, then email us.

Refunds and problems

• Your products are made specially for you and delivered immediately, so we do not offer refunds if you change your mind after delivery.
• If we cannot deliver your order, we will refund you in full.
• If your order is cancelled by our automatic content check (see below), we will refund you in full.
• If a product has a fault or is not what we described, email us and we will fix it or refund you.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including your right to a remedy for a major failure.

What you give us

• You confirm you are an adult and that the details you give are accurate.
• You confirm you have the right to use any photos you upload, and that the people in them are comfortable with it.
• You keep your photos. You allow us to use them only to make your order.

Content checks and cancellation

All orders are checked automatically. We may cancel an order that contains inappropriate, unlawful, abusive or unsafe photos or text. If we do, we will refund you in full and delete your photos. We will not make the order.

Using your products

You may print your products as many times as you like for your own celebration. You may not resell them or share them as templates for others to use.

AI-created content and suggestions

Our products are created with AI. Please read them before you print or use them. Plans and ideas are suggestions only. They are not professional advice, and you are responsible for checking allergies, food safety, venue rules and the safety of any activity.

Our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect loss, or for loss caused by something outside our control, such as an email being blocked or a service outage.

Changes and law

We may update these terms, and the version in place when you order applies to your order. These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
